These instructions explain how to duplicate a daily "Grid Risk Digest" agent that creates one decision-oriented entry per day in a Notion database, tailored to your locality and time zone.

You will set up:

• A destination database (where daily digests are written)
• A risk rubric (how the agent chooses Green/Yellow/Red)
• The agent instructions (what to scan, how to write, where to write)
• A daily schedule trigger (run time in your local time)
• (Recommended) A lightweight hub page with “above the fold” callouts
• (Optional but recommended) An AI Transparency Ledger to estimate agent credit usage via proxies

1) Create the destination database (the output)
